Living Expectantly with the Dawn

beautiful_sunrise_on_green_meadow“Where others see but the dawn coming over the hill, I see the soul of God shouting for joy.” — William Blake

What do you see with each new day? Problems to solve, People to criticize, Places to Avoid, or  Life slipping away?

What do you think God sees each day?

People who will learn to give of themselves in new unselfish ways.

Problems that will be become opportunities to think and feel differently.

Places we’ve never been that will reveal things we never knew.

Life being lived on purpose, with hope, joy and expectations.

“What do you think God sees each day?”

    …I have a second thought:

Since we can never begin to know for sure — except by what we are told in the Bible — “what God sees each day” because God is God, and we are not and since what God sees each day is fluid — I think — based on the corporate and individual occurrences of the day, I can’t help but wonder if our own individual answer to your question is not determined by as well as indicative of our own perspective on life and this world and that what we suggest God sees at the beginning of each day reflects our own thoughts, our outlook, our attitudes, our personalities, our faith — our who we are and the way we think because of the absence, the presence, the depth of that faith and the Spirit’s indwelling of our heart.
