This is a copy of an invitation sent out to people who have visited our church in the last 9 months but who for reasons unknown have drifted away. It is a simple way to invite a dialog if they so choose.
During summer most people like to slow down and relax a bit. Me, I like to look over all that we’ve done this past year, plan for next year and celebrate all the people who helped accomplish so much. As I was looking over my notes, you came to mind and I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that whatever is going on in your life right now, I believe God is trying to get your attention. It may be subtle or may be forceful and perhaps even a bit painful. But God is, has been, and always will be in your corner – if you let Him guide you.
I must confess I miss seeing you Sunday Mornings and sharing the week’s joys and problems with you. If you feel that you miss connecting with others and want to discover what God is doing in your life like all the rest of us, I hope you’ll stop by, call me and share the journey with us. If you do, I GUARANTEE you’ll find life makes a whole lot more sense when viewed through the right lens.
