Temptation bait without a hook, choice without consequences, motion without meaning. Each day we are tempted by the choices we're offered and by the choices we avoid. Remember no decision is still a decision.  Each Sunday we pray "Deliver us from temptation..." but do we look for it or expect it to come Monday Morning. Before Jesus faced the same basic temptations we face, he had an encounter with God that gave him the strength, confidence and wisdom to face and conquer to the temptations that could have derailed his ministry.  We are tempted too. Tempted to consider only our own wants, tempted to seek honor for ourselves and tempted to try and gain a least a part of the world. In order to face Monday, and all the days that follow, we must have a plan and person to help us.  These temptations are common to us all. What strategies do you have to stay on course and not get sidetracked? Sermon Notes 06.17.12 Tempted Worship 06.17.12 Temptation Audio Files Tempted! 6.17.12e Tempted! 6.10.12L
